School Holidays at MiFA Gallery

The MiFA team is excited to announce our first school Holiday Program for 2010.

To coincide with our exhibition Stock Room: China Obscura we have an exciting program that not only covers making artworks but also exploring and responding artworks. To kick off our exciting program, we are releasing the details for our first day with more details about the rest of our program to come shortly.

Tuesday 28^th September:

Art Detective: 9.30 am – 12.30pm
Are you a junior art detective? Can you help us?
Calling out to all art explorers!! MiFA gallery needs help solving some of the mysteries behind artworks from our exhibition China Obscura. We’re in need of some experts who are able to ask the hard questions, have a desire to search for the truth and have some fun while looking closely at artworks. This is a perfect activity for avid story tellers and children with great imaginations!

Art Olympics: 1.30 pm – 3.30 pm
Ready, Set, GO! Come and partake in the MiFA Art Olympics where everyone has the can take home a medal. There will be a number of rounds where each team will have the change to display their creative talent and can earn points. Participators beware; we have exciting art tasks planned!

Ages: We are catering to 7 year olds and up.
Pricing:$35 for one session or $60 for the whole day.

All materials are provided but bookings are essential!
